There are various levels and length of training course including:

Novice training – for beginners covering introductory forklift operations, legislation, and safety requirements. This type of training course is recommended for those interested in becoming forklift drivers
Experienced training – those already completed a novice course and hold a forklift licence can learn more about the mechanics of the operations and attachments. This course will also teach load handling and safety code to ensure the operator is a more advanced handler.
Refresher courses are recommended every 3 years to ensure your drivers are continually competent drivers.
